I am very pleased to announce our company ISSAC E&C and Thinkmarine developed new PCS(Project Completion System) successfully.
 
We started this project from early of last year with our governemt's investment and eventually we finalized its first draft today. We named it "ISSAC PnQMS(Project & Quality Management System)".
 
I expect your proactive advise for this new program and welcome any comments!
