저희 ㈜이삭은 지난 4월 4일 거제시에 위치한 한 문화관광농원에서 정기 워크숍을 다녀왔습니다. 본사 및 대우 현장에서 근무하는 직원 분들이 이번 워크숍에 참석하였으며 족구, 농구 등의 스포츠 게임을 즐기며 소중한 추억을 만들었습니다. 경기가 끝나갈 무렵 천둥번개를 동반한 비가 내렸으나, 우리는 이 조차도 즐길 수 있었습니다.
워크숍의 하이라이트는 해장국으로 저녁식사를 마친 후 2시간 동안 진행된 ‘감사’에 대한 세미나였습니다. 세미나 1부에서는 나 자신을 포함한 모든 것에 감사하는 것이 얼마나 중요한지와 이로서 어떻게 우리의 삶을 행복과 성공으로 이끌 수 있는지를 깨달을 수 있었습니다. 2부에서는 어머니를 생각하며 감사노트를 작성해보는 소중한 시간을 갖고 몇 사우들이 쓴 내용을 함께 공유함으로써 우리 모두 하나가 될 수 있었습니다.
이번 워크숍은 본사 직원과 현장 직원간 조금 더 가까워지고 좀 더 잘 알 수 있는 가치 있고 보람된 시간이었습니다.
이삭은 이런 기회를 늘려나가면서 더 가까이 직원들에게 다가가는 가족 같은 회사가 되도록 꾸준히 노력해 나갈 것입니다.사우 여러분들의 노고에 항상 감사드리며 한 분 한 분을 사랑합니다.
We, ISSAC E&C, had a regular workshop on 4th of April at Tourist Farm Park in Geoje. All staff from head office and most of DSME staff attended the workshop and shared precious time and made lots of good memories while playing exciting sports games. Even though, it began to rain with thunder at the end of playing sports, we could even enjoy them. : )
The peak time in the workshop was the seminar regarding “Thank you” which we had in the evening for 2 hours after having dinner, “Haejangguk”. We learned how important it is to thank everything including myself, which leads our life to happiness and success in the end. In the second half of the seminar, all of us had really precious time to write “Thank you note” to mother and became the one by sharing some of their stories all together.
It was really valuable time and worthwhile to be closer, know better and build up stronger teamwork between office staff and workers at site through sports games, ‘Thank you’ seminar, quiz and delicious food.
We, ISSAC E&C, will keep trying to be more friendly by increasing such events more often. We love and thank each one of you for your hard work and sincerity always.
