Engineering service is the technical foundation of all services provided by ISSAC E&C.
ISSAC E&C utilizes theoretical knowledge and field experience in a complementary manner to create improvements that can save time and costs in familiar types of construction, and to develop methodologies that can solve complex technical challenges in new and challenging construction projects.

Basic Design
We provide basic design for small to medium-scale onshore/offshore plant projects. Based on conceptual designs that can meet customer requirements, we review feasibility, analyze potential risk factors in advance, and reduce the possibility of design changes.
Basic design mainly checks the following items.
Conceptual process studies (material balances, process flow sheets,…) and preliminary plot plan
Preliminary piping and instrument diagrams
Definition and sizing of main equipment resulting in process specifications
Specification of effluents
Definition of control and safety devices
Thermal rating of heat exchangers
Preparation of tender packages for the main equipment
Development of process and utility piping and instrument diagrams released for detail engineering
Development of detailed plot plans and hazardous areas
Elaboration of the main piping, instrument, electrical and civil works layouts
Maintenance & Inspection Engineering(MIE)
Maintenance and Inspection Engineering (MIE) refers to a series of technical management systems that analyze and document all information necessary for operation and maintenance prior to the operation of onshore/offshore plants. Based on data produced through the MIE process, maintenance and inspection work management is computerized (CMMS) to ensure efficient and safe plant operation.
Main service items of MIE (Maintenance and Inspection Engineering)
RAM(Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) analysis
RCM(Reliability Centered Management) analysis
RBI(Risk Based Inspection) analysis
Spare parts analysis
M&I plan
CMMS and CIMS implementation
Organization management and procedures development
Commissioning Engineering
Commissioning engineering refers to a series of preparatory work that plans, analyzes, and documents in advance the elements necessary for commissioning to proceed in a manner that meets certification conditions and is safe, efficient, and systematic. Harmonious collaboration of highly specialized commissioning engineers is essential, and if this process is faithfully carried out, subsequent commissioning can also proceed efficiently. This process is divided into Pre-commissioning and Commissioning stages, similar to commissioning, and the general work and deliverables performed at each stage are as follows.
01
Pre-commissioning Engineering
The work and deliverables performed in the pre-commissioning engineering stage are as follows.
Activities
Population of the pre-com database in PCS
Review and update of the pre-com check and test sheets
Preparation of the pre-commissioning planning
Preparation of the pre-commissioning dossiers to be filled in during the Pre-com execution phase
Prepare and issue the pre-com management procedures
Prepare and issue the pre-com procedures
Prepare and issue the pre-com progress report format
Relevant marked up "as commissioned " vendor drawings and reports
OT preliminary checks reports
Operational test procedures
Operational test certificates
Start-up , operating and maintenance procedures when applicable
Pipe work and equipment leak test and inerting reports
Equipment inspection and survey reports
Preservation schedule
List of modifications
Operation Manual
We produce various operating manuals required for the operation of ships and plants. Based on our rich experience and knowledge in operation, we provide technical consulting for each stage from initial concept organization to development, production, and final delivery to complete services within the promised deadline and budget.
Main service items of operation manual
Philosophies, ship-specific procedures
Pre-commissioning & commissioning procedures
Field start-up procedures
Operating manuals
Interactive manuals
Maintenance manuals
O&M integration manuals
Process system procedure manuals
Cargo, deck, bridge and E/R system manuals
SOLAS & fire fighting manuals
Training manuals
Noise/Vibration Measurement & Analysis
Excessive noise and vibration generated during ship operation reduce the performance and durability of ship systems and are harmful to the human body. ISSAC E&C performs services to measure and analyze noise/vibration to identify the cause of occurrence.
Main service items
LQ, Hull& topside measurement
Gathering data & analysis

01
Analysis & Measures
We provide practical solutions to analyze and take measures to prevent exceeding the allowable range of noise/vibration at the design stage. We also perform noise/vibration measurement during commissioning to determine the allowable range based on international standards.
The work performed in the analysis and measures stage is as follows.
Global vibration & noise analysis
Local vibration analysis- Vibration isolation design
