Construction Management
ISSAC E&C provides construction management services to improve quality and value.
The final result of construction/construction is influenced by factors such as material quality, construction practical capability, process management level, and compliance with technical standards. ISSAC E&C provides construction management services to improve the quality and value of final results. Our construction management experts focus on factors that directly affect projects such as project management practice, construction technology, partner management, HSE, QA/QC, and technical standard management.
Flange Management Service (FMS)
Leakage from bolted flanges causes unnecessary costs and serious risks to facility operation, environment, and safety. Leakage during plant construction or regular inspection severely disrupts process plans, causes process delays and budget overruns, and makes production start times uncertain. In addition, leakage during production facility operation causes situations such as shutdown, emergency recovery service deployment, and in the worst case, complete withdrawal, which damages profitability and destroys productivity.
ISSAC E&C FMS maximizes services with the goal of "zero-defect" fastening, and provides various services such as technical personnel provision as well as on-site worker training in connection with overseas partners to provide world-class bolted flange management services to various domestic sites.
Flange Management Service items are as follows.
Torque and tension bolting equipment
Pipe cutting, beveling, milling, boring, grinding
Valve testing (Popping test)
Product sales, rental and technical support
Product service and training
Receiving Inspection & Preservation Management
Receiving Inspection is a service that inspects whether all delivered materials (electrical materials, mechanical materials, etc.) have been delivered in accordance with ISSAC E&C's quality regulations and purchase request standards on behalf of customers. This service is provided as part of supply chain management (SCM) or as an independent service. The goal of delivery inspection is to identify visible or potential damage conditions and prevent the possibility of short-term and long-term malfunctions of customer equipment in advance.
